During my Xmas stay, two things I appreciated were the breakfast and the hot tub. The breakfast provided was quite good, with options to choose from. the hotel had a hot tub facility which was a nice way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated near the central station, trams, and buses. This made it easy to get around the city and explore different areas.

There were some aspects of my stay that I was not pleased with. the room I was allocated was located in the older part of the hotel and the condition of the room was disappointing.

I had a great stay at Profilhotels. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel also had a convenient parking arrangement and even had EV charging points. The customer service was helpful and polite, and toiletries and a hairdryer were provided.

We had an amazing stay here! This place is conveniently located right across from the central train station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, from room service to laundry and dry cleaning. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the garden furniture in the room and enjoyed a nice view of the surroundings. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and special diet menus, while the bar/lounge area was perfect for a drink after a long day. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a great way to unwind, with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room.

All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

There was one lift that was out of order during our stay, which inconvenienced us a bit.

Despite being located opposite noisy trams, the soundproofing in the hotel was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and we appreciated the high quality toiletries provided. The hotel facilities were also great, with a well-decorated bar serving a variety of drinks at reasonable prices.
